Welcome to our branch!

Formed in 1927, Cats Protection has grown to become the UK's leading feline welfare charity. We now rehome and reunite 55,500 cats and kittens every year, through our network of over 250 voluntary-run branches and 29 adoption centres.

We also encourage the neutering of all cats not required for breeding and provide an information service to the public. Our branch covers the Reading East, Wokingham and Bracknell area.  This area includes towns such as Crowthorne, Woodley and Winnersh (please see our 'what we do' page for more details on the postcodes we cover). We help rehome unwanted cats and kittens, provide financial aid to low income families for veterinary care such as neutering and provide information and advice on general cat care.

We invite you to read more about the cats we have in our care who are looking for a home, how we try to help, details on our fundraising events and heart warming success stories, which we hope you will find enjoyable and informative.  We would love you to bookmark our site and return on a regular basis.

Please see our 'Home A Cat' page for photos and descriptions of cats and kittens in our care looking for a new home.
